20th World Conference on Nondestructive Testing (20th WCNDT)
The 20th WCNDT took place from May 27 to May 31 May, 2024 in South Korea after an 8-year pandemic-related break. This long-awaited event was hosted by the ICNDT as well as the Korean Society of NDT.
The World Conference and Exhibition were held at the largest international convention center in business district of Incheon city - Songdo Convensia. The size of the exhibition hall was over 12,000 sqm.
Over 230 companies-exhibitors have demonstrated the latest innovations and modifications of NDT equipment for railway, aircraft, aerospace, heavy machinery, oil and gas, chemical, power generation and many other industrial sectors.
OKOndt GROUP was among the participants and was proudly represented by female specialists. The following portable devices, automatic and high-speed control systems were exhibited on the
company`s booth:

Throughout the event, the representatives of OKOndt GROUP managed to establish a bunch of business contacts with potential customers, strengthen the links with buyers and meet with partners from the USA, Canada, South Korea, Singapore, India, Saudi Arabia, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Italy, Norway, Taiwan, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, South Africa, Argentine. This shows the increasing demand for the company`s products.
Apart from the official program, the Korean Society of NDT arranged the “Cultural night” so that the conference delegates and exhibitors learn about Korean culture. In particular, the guests had an opportunity to try Korean street food, participate in Korean traditional games, as well as enjoy an excellent performance of k-pop artists and the demonstration of martial arts by Korean taekwondo team.
The 20th WCNDT has become the most successful platform for networking and integration of peers and field professionals from around the globe. It has also become a wonderful spot for exchanging the technical ideas and inspiration.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the Korean Society of NDT for conducting the 20th World Conference of NDT. The amazing organization and great conditions for holding such major event made it so special. Special thanks for the possibility to get acquainted with Korean culture.
The 21th WCNDT is going to be hosted by Argentine in 2028. The Argentinean Society of NDT has invited all the participants to Buenos Aires where the international event will take place.
